Vazquez really is better than Maldy

Wish our manager and pitchers gave him more love

I wish we were playing Game 5 right now as a double header.

Please be Vazquez and Hensley in game 5 and CJ in game 7 if needed.

I'll be preparing a full range of Astro vs. Texan prop bets tomorrow for the board that are sure to amuse and delight.
Feels so good, feelin' good again.

I think we'll get Maldy tomorrow (I do hope I'm wrong), but I really want Hensley at DH.

I don't care if Verlander thinks Maldanado is his proverbial binky, Verlander doesn't get a say in this with his performances.

Machete is catching JV. I am not sure what Dusty will do at DH

Harper is a meh-good player. 2/14. Gonna finish 3/20 for a .150 World Series batting average

One should be the Astros pitching staff strikeouts > Texans points.

Or a variation of that - Astros pitching staff strikeouts + Astros runs > Texans points.

The one wild card I do wonder is Dusty may want to keep Yordan at DH. In that case, I suppose I wouldn't be surprised to see Dubon get the start in CF.

As far as I'm concerned, hopefully Diaz has taken his last AB of the series.

I wouldn't hate it. Make sure Chas is hitting 7th though. Don't want Dubon hitting higher than 8th

At least Dubon doesn't strike out much. He puts the ball in play, which could come out to be better than anything Mancini or Diaz have done so far.

That's if Dusty is going to keep Yordan at DH of course.

Since the Texans are probably going to score 3 or less, everything is on the table.

The topsy-turvy world of baseball. Our top 4 guys in post-season batting average are:

Gurriel .333 - regular season .242
Bregman .293 - regular season .259
Pena .289 - regular season .253
McCormick .286 - regular season .245
Feels so good, feelin' good again.

Staph may nuke this thread and in doing so destroy a beautiful historical document recording the second World Series victory in the State of Texas.

But like cockroaches we will survive the nuclear fallout, scatter, and join up in the Rangers off-season thread and carry out the mission.

Amazon probably hates that the MLB pushed the series back a day lol... This might be the least watched NFL game in history

He did spark their win Tuesday.

I guess Ted Williams was also just a meh-good player. In his one World Series he hit ,200 without an extra-base hit and only one run batted in.

Needs to be like a bad high school district game and having a running clock in the second half.

Of course knowing the Texans' history, they'll probably win 13-10 with like 60 yards of offense like they did that time vs the Steelers.
Feels so good, feelin' good again.

Honestly, as bad as Mancini has been, Diaz has been worse. Absolutely terrible ABs by Diaz, who really wasn't even a bad hitter before the post season.

So Bryce Harper is Ted Williams

Geez, that's weird.

He's a *****
