Yeah. Anyone have a breakdown on pitch selection tonight? Seemed way too reliant on the change-up instead of curve, slider, and fast ball (which seemed lively).

The one thing that gives me the most hope is this is similar to how last year's ALCS went.
Went down 2-1 and got obliterated in game 3 at Fenway.

In some ways we're our own worst enemy. This team hasn't had an October off since 2016. Played more games than any other team in the past 5 years.
Felt great coming into this game, still have a slight amount of hope, but it's fading fast

No, it's not. Sorry, making it to the World Series isn't embarrassing. Getting blown out in a single game of a World Series isn't embarrassing. Hell, in general, I don't get being embarrassed by a sports team…..

Maldy needs to be better. We tout him to be this manager on the field but what he called tonight and in JVs start is baffling. Throw in that he never once called time to visit Lance is not good.
I'm sure a lot of that is pregame strategizing but a lot of it is also inexcusable. Start Vasquez and get his offense in there.
