I am retired and bored to ****ing tears with no baseball. I asked one of my neighbor lady's if I could take a picture of her and show it to my TexAg friends. She was reticent at first, but then agreed. Y'all be cool now, she's actually a very nice young woman.

I love the stros, I think of being a kid, I think of all my childhood friends being happy at the same time when they win. It's a cool thing

But I just can't relate to being angry/mean/aggressive at random strangers for supporting another team. It's ****ing weird. These players are just mercenaries. Hell, the one guy from Philly in the World Series is an Astro. I don't get a trophy or a check in the mail; I don't understand the personal anger some of these people have.

I don't think teams should sell jerseys in adult sizes. Maybe this would help…

As a member of TWO of the most hated franchises in their sports (Cowboys being the other one, I know I know), I can say I've had some very intriguing encounters (almost fights)with fans from Philly and New York.

The comment of being being irrationally angry at random strangers reminded me of these two encounters. You're right tho, why are some fans of teams so angry at people they don't know? I can't stand eagles and Yankees fans (Phillies and doyers) climbing the list, but I'd never wanna fight anyone who's a fan.

George is forever an Astro! Altuve's game tying homer in the 5th was the loudest moment I've ever experienced in a sports stadium.
