Since 2019 he's 10th in WAR, 11th in IP, & 10th in ERA (min 450 IP) for starting pitchers. Legit ace without a major drawback.
He's having his best year yet.

My point is that this rotation is already our strong suit and good enough to win it all and but need real help at 1b, C and CF.
If you tell me we are also going to get help at C and 1b, then great.
I want Bell as much as the rest of y'all, but one thing to keep in mind, his actual vs Expected is leaning slightly in the favorable side. That means a slump could be coming. Even if he performs to his expected #s, it's still a significant upgrade.
