FYI, over the last year 25-30% of the crew members (Camera operators, replay, audio, etc.) that do games for national and regional broadcasters have retired or changed careers. This is compounded in April and May by having MLB, NBA and NHL all playing at the same time.

Lots of new crew working games and unfortunately very few young people coming into the industry to take their place. Not to excuse bad camerawork, but it is a chronic problem on many broadcasts. If any of you have adult children who love sports and want to learn the ropes of doing games, now is the time to get in.

And Tjack, instead of applying to run the scoreboard, how about running CF camera? Torn jeans not an issue.

I guess it's better for him to be playing there every night than to be coming off the bench here, but man it would be a whole lot more fun to watch him in the lineup every 2-3 games than NiKo.
