At least 10 posters on here predicted almost word for word what Passan and his ilk would say -"this is very very different than what the Astros did" and "this was before 2017". Passan can EAD.
Then why fight to keep that letter sealed if it was such a nothing burger and so different. Yankees cheated and got caught. Red Sox cheated and got caught. Yet nothing happened to them.

Supposedly Maldy was tipping the first couple games. Then we figured out what Maldy was doing and he reversed the tip on them.
