It really would have been nice to get it all back at once, but I will take a 2-run deficit after the start of the game if JV stays settled in for the 4th. The offense will make some noise in the next two innings against Gilbert I think.

Just from the gameday on MLB.com JV looks more locked in. Pitches closer to the zone now. 10 or 11 pitch inning would be primo here.
