See. Told y'all I wouldn't get it right. I've updated it to RBIs, Home Runs, and Hits.

Sorry.

Shooting from the hip…Griffey, Bonds, Sheffield?

Honestly would have thought Bagwell for the 3rd until you said only one was HoF.

Griffey is correct. I edited the question in my original post for clarification. They were in the top ten for the entire decade.

Was surprised Bonds wasn't one of them. I got Griffey and one more but not the third.

I'll give the same hint the host gave:

One is in the HOF
One isn't and should be
The other never will be due to PEDs

That's a good guess. I'll add Juan Gone and maybe Albert belle?

I'm guessing bonds barely missed top 10 in BA.

Neither of those two. BA is not a factor in this.

Juan Gonzalez was a good guess. As a Rangers fan, I kind of forget about him because of Pudge and Palmeiro but just looking at raw numbers, he barely missed this list. His rookie year of 1990 he had 4 hits and only 2 HRs. Still, he had more HRs than Palmeiro and one fewer RBI.

One of those in your list is correct. I'll give a little more time.

It's surprising really. I thought maybe Walker but he didn't hit his RBI stride until he went to Colorado in '95.

I'll be honest, I can't find a list but am putting together my own from 90 - 99 with some of the players I considered. Walker was on that list and I haven't run the Thomas numbers yet. But he is next.

I found a list for most hits in the 90s. This is the top ten that gets most of the players mentioned so far.

1 Mark Grace 1754
2 Rafael Palmeiro 1747
3 Craig Biggio 1728
4 Tony Gwynn 1713
5 Roberto Alomar 1678
6 Ken Griffey 1622
7 Cal Ripken 1589
8 Dante Bichette 1584
9 Fred McGriff 1573
10 Paul Molitor 1568

Top Ten HRs
1 McGuire 405
2 Griffey 382
3 Bonds 361
4 Belle 351
5 Gonzalez 339
6 Sosa 332
7 Palmeiro 328
8 Canseco 303
9 Thomas 301
10 McGriff 300
10 M Williams 300

Top Ten RBIs
1 Belle 1,099
2 Griffey 1,091
3 Bonds 1,076
4 Gonzalez 1,068
4 Palmeiro 1,068
6 Thomas 1,040
7 Bichette 979
8 McGriff 975
