Finally, Diaz telling Blue exactly how terrible he's been. And as bad as it is, it'd barely be a blip in how poorly we've played.

I want to be pissed at the pitching, but it's the "NUMBER 1 OFFENSE" that blows goats
It does
But it doesn't help when your team leader (Correa) gives up. Won't take a walk, won't even run to first to bust it out. He had to go for the HERO swing
Anything can still happen with 3 more innings to bat. We've put up some huge numbers in a smaller amount of time. Giving up during the WS is just straight up pathetic no matter how far you are down.
Why can't we give any credit to Atlanta's pitching staff? They have stuck to their game plan and executed it almost perfectly with their top end guys.
It's never completely one or the other. But we had the best offense in baseball this year. And this is just flat out terrible.
I agree it's not one way or another, but dammit, they have hit their spots more often than not on the edges
Sure, we've been impatient at times, but they have been really, really damn good this series.
Winners play their best when it matters
That's like saying the team that scores more wins.
No it's not. One is objective and one is subjective. They're not a like at all. Some of us are just giving subjective opinions based on our eyes and body language.
Now you're a body language expert?
Not at all. Having a Masters degree in Psychology doesn't mean *****
Holy ***** This is awesome.

New rule proposal. If you're down by more than 5 runs after 8, you get to choose the reliever you face in the 9th.

No they are not.
Freeman, Soler, Rosario, Pederson, Duvall are all free agents.

Look at that no-heart Bregman.
Lol, I understand and I'm with ya. But I stand by what I've heard and what my eyes see.
Brantley, Tucker, Altuve, Bergman, Yuli and Alvarez have never been loud vocal clubhouse guys. These are all quiet guys. Notice a trend whth the ups and downs in overall team performance this year? Who has been pissed off about their contract all year after the offer from the Astros prior to the season?
You're saying Correa is so important to this team that he dictates the ups and downs of the entire team? Is this the point?
If so, you're making the point to pay him so he can keep the team up until he retire.la.
Did you see in any of my posts where it says not to resign him? Or did you see the importance in regards to the character and heart of the the vocal clubhouse leader?
Everyone on this thread understands heart and character are important.
It's just wild you're pinning the entire teams performance in WS on Correa.
Again, as Farmer asked, who are the vocal leaders on the Braves who have character and heart that are pushing their team? You aren't answered this.
I don't know the vocal leaders of the Braves. But what have your eyes told you this series who looked the most motivated from top to bottom, Astros or Braves?

I am not saying they'll disappear, but that's a lot of replace. Who knows is Soroka will ever be the same. Charlie is getting olllld. But unlike 2017 stros, they have a nice run the previous few years.

Yeah I dont see them getting back next year. I thought the nationals were set up for a run like that but now look at them.

I'm sometimes a prisoner of the moment, even at 55… I think, I lose count. I rant and I say fan(atic) things from time to time, but the Houston Astros are my team. I watched Terry Puhl, Art Howe, Cheo and Csar Cedeno as a kid.
But I'll tell you what. Mrs. Marvin and I will be at West Palm in a couple of months. We'll enjoy the sun and cheer on our boys and look forward to another run. And we'll be at MMP and support the team. She will cheer incessantly and I'll curse under my breath, but we'll be there.
And I'll be here. Hopefully I'll be here talking about another playoff run, but damn sure I'll be here if the Lord hasn't called my name.
World Series runs don't grow on trees. Let's stop cursing for a minute, starting with me, and be thankful for November Baseball… even if as a bridesmaid.
no, but he's going to get bombarded with questions about free agencyFarmer1906 said:
