I'm with a lot of others, I don't really get the point you're making it why you want to make it so badly.
Joe Buck would root for a t-sip monkey if it were playing the Astros. They broke his broadcaster heart, not getting to call a Yankee WS, at least the last two opportunities he had. Joe Buck is the Suck. I don't care if it is the Astros or not. He's just a homer gump.

Yep. Pitching won us games 3 and 4 but the offense blew it.

But it doesn't help when your team leader (Correa) gives up. Won't take a walk, won't even run to first to bust it out. He had to go for the HERO swing
Anything can still happen with 3 more innings to bat. We've put up some huge numbers in a smaller amount of time. Giving up during the WS is just straight up pathetic no matter how far you are down.

Oh well still proud of the guys for getting this far. There are 28 other teams sitting at home that would give their left nut to be playing in the WS. And one positive by not going to a game 7 is that we don't have to listen to Joe Buck tomorrow night.
My prediction is in the 9th the offense either finally shows up and puts up 2-3 runs, or goes down quietly on less than 8 pitches
