I think Bregs has lost his legs for the year and cant do what he wants. He is battling but his lower half isnt allowing him to drive the ball. Hard to push a wheelbarrow if your legs wont let you.

Not a huge gap in their seasons statistically and Springer had a horrible 0-4 in game 1…of I recall, he wasn't horribly effective in the ALCS, either. (I'm less sure about that without looking)

No doubt, I hope you're right and we see a healthy and cocky Bregman again next year. His attitude has been missed.

good pitching by Odo, I would have liked to see him pitch one more batter but he was looking over to the dug out, 42 pitches is quite a few

I just think Dusty knows it's the top of the order that's up and things can turn on Odo quickly.
