Brantley is slow and can't get to a lot of balls others would. He takes someone weird reads on balls and has average arm. Straw can't read balls off the bat and takes terrible angles and that doesn't look like it's changed from last year. sub par arm.
Tucker isn't exactly fleet of foot but has a good glove and average arm.
Granted haven't see every single outfield but I'd be willing to bet we are one of the 5 worst
They had Brantley-Springer-Reddick ranked 1st in all of baseball in 2019. Not the best anymore, but doubt we are all of the sudden near the worst.

Brantley is definitely slow and can't get to a lot of baseballs that is accurate. Straw doesn't do anything well in the outfield and besides the butcher in CF for Oakland, he could be one of the worst in the league. I think that will bear out this season
2019 roster included marisnick and only 1 starter that's the same so not even sure how that's applicable

Its applicable for perspective. We know those guys. We know these guys.
1 starter is the same guy and 1 starter (Tucker) is an improvement. Straw is a dropoff, but is not so terrible that we are bottom 5 all of the sudden.
We can revisit this at the end of the season. We won't finish in the bottom 5 by any metric.

Two thoughts.
1. I love the satisfaction of knowing these fans are going to go home, guzzle cocaine, and then cry themselves to sleep as they realize that none of their annoying antics did more than make us beat their ass harder.
2. I wish we had Kemp instead of Straw. I was sad when Kemp got traded and that's one I want back.
