I don't care what the stars say. George is the most valuable player for me. Not necessarily straight numbers MVP although if he stays healthy he can put the numbers up, but he is the most valuable and important player on this team.
Jim Crane, don't get cheap or stupid. Pay the man his money now.
Seriously this is the single biggest and first real test of the new GM.

I'm predicting no Yordan or Urquidy in 2020
Why?

perhaps they have symptoms needing hospitalizationAg_07 said:
I don't know what to think.
Something is definitely not right though. Seems if it were just COVID they'd have been back by now.
Maybe this is a discipline thing?

It's crazy to me how overlooked Yuli is every season. Not only by Astros fans, but all of MLB
He might have a shot at team MVP. My vote is Altuve though because I feel like he has the most pressure to perform well and shut people up
Agreed. He was nasty AF in the second half last year. 17 dingers and 1.005 OPS in 62 games.tjholley16 said:

Yes, his 2nd half slugging was higher than his 1st half OPS.
I'm going to repeat what I posted elsewhere. I think it is visa related. The U.S. may be blocking their entry because they tested positive OR their home country may not be allowing them to leave...my hope is that they are over COVID by now...Ag_07 said:
Yeah maybe but I find that hard to believe.
We've heard a lot of athletes get it but not be hospitalized. Seems it doesn't seem to be that big of deal for young healthy athletes with no underlying conditions.
I mean yeah it's possible but it's hard to imagine.
