Didn't pay attention to the off-season, but how in the hell did our bullpen get so inexperienced in 1 year?

This team doesn't feel anything like the past 4 years. Flicking Cramer dumps the best GM/Mgr combo in Astro history & this is what happens.

TK and Blummer were explaining it. Just one of those things in the rule book is what I took. Runner is out not the batter

The runner is out the batter gets 1B if less than 2 outs. The hit is just weird scoring I guess.
