Roll the dice while putting the winning run on the bases vs in the batters box. Didn't the nationals manager make a similar decision in the last game against the dodgers? And the announcers wouldn't shut up about it. Or am I remembering wrong? Not a peep from the tbs guys in this one.

the Braves-Cardinals series has been a good one. Atlanta lost both games that Keuchel started.

and regarding Nationals-Dodgers...it would be quite the upset if Washington pulls it off. L.A. was better by 13 games in the regular season

It's really funny how many of the Astro fans have so much pent up hatred towards the Dodgers because LA consistently beat the 'Stros when they were kids in the 80s.

You would think 2017 would've helped them cheer up and exorcise some demons...

Nope, just giving you a hard time. We all enjoy watching the dodgers fall if only the Yankees lost too, that was unfortunate. The Astros better take them out.

And in response to another post, I am a giants fan. Grew up rooting for both the giants and Astros though, so I'm pulling for the Astros. But everyone hates the dodgers, just some a little more than others.

Of course, not all fans hate other teams' fans the way that dodgers fans tend to do, many times to the point of violence. This makes it even harder to not root against them.

That's good. Apologize for generalizing. Just speaking from experience. I've never been to a stadium where I literally regularly felt fear for opposing fans than in dodger stadium. I'm not even talking giants fans here. They harass and try to pick fights with anyone wearing another teams' gear. I would never wear giants gear in dodger stadium, of course. It's one of those circumstances where an ass beating would be my fault since I knew i brought it on by own actions of being an opposing fan. Do you blame the lion or the guy who went in covered in meat? It's just how it is. Even my dad, who's a dodgers fan, always says to be careful when I go to games. He knows how violent it can be there.

No other place do you find that (well maybe raiders games).

I wish I were exaggerating...

That being said, most dodgers fans aren't like that. But it's a definite factor for hating the team beyond just what's on the field.

I got jumped by 5 Giants fans in Austin circa 2014 after watching Bama 59-0.

They were all sporting Giants gear and I praised the organization and players then said "I'm a Dodger fan, though." I am glad it was still day time. Otherwise, no telling what the punks would have done.
