McHugh deserves about a dozen more outings like this against the Rangers for his cowardly taunting of Gomez from the dugout during the dust-up a couple years ago.

I can't look at the guy without seeing that.

"The Rangers do have a legit manager now to help with their day to day approach. Can't understate the difference between a 1960s style manager like Bannister and a guy like Woodward who understands modern nuances and trained with the Dodgers the past few years."

You got a pitcher who is struggling, you shouldn't be setting up to nibble the corners. He can throw his fastball near the strike zone, you dont call for it on the full count.
