Maybe it's just me, but the D-Backs have the worst uniforms in baseball right now.
The teal is just brutal. And their charcoal ones are easily in the top ten list of worst unis in baseball history.

The card pretty much explains it.

ADDED: I see you also said acronyms:

LHH = Left Handed Hitter
SH = Switch Hitter
LHP = Left Handed Pitcher
RHH and RHP should be self explanatory after that.
