I'd rather be a fan base that shows some passion, versus what we are currently. Been to a game this year or last when we are good? It takes bottom 9 before fans get on their feet. I want our fans to show some passion, good or bad. You've never heard players hate the fan bases in NY or Philly (even tho I hate them). Players want a fan base that demands something from them.
Aren't you the guy that is constantly telling people it's may..clap clap clap and to relax?
It's not me you were referring to with those words but I do find that ironic as wanting to boo our team off the field
And I stand by that. I'm not freaking out about this team the rest of the year. But why is it criminal to be voice your displeasure with a series? I'm not a fan of booing one particular player, its a team game.
To me, going to MMP feels closer to watching a movie than a baseball game sometimes. Fans are so lethargic it's pathetic. I've been to three Home games this year. One was the WS rings game, the other the Ohtani start. Those were apparently two of the most exciting games this year. It didn't feel that way at home. Numerous times me and my friend were the only ones standing in our section at big moments. Once we we're asked to sit down. Watch the games. The only time the stadium gets on their feet is in the 9th with two outs.
Now, I understand I'm telling this to fellow Astros fans that are passionate and don't fall into the category I described. I'm just voicing my overall displeasure with how our fans often times are pathetic during the games
