Man this series has been fun to watch. If these young guys can continue to play like this, I may get a little excited for next year. Just don't ask me about starting pitching.

Could've made a lot of money in Vegas laying money on the Rangers this weekend. I believe the stros were -240 for today.

Great sweep. Never saw this coming. The young lineup played well today. 19 Ks is excessive but they did enough to win.

Jurado and Gallo as well. Calhoun had a rough weekend at the plate but considering the pitching he was facing I'm not too worried. He fielded pretty well, which is what I was more worried about with him.

So how about Profar? Just looking through stats but he is top 5 on the team in all offensive stats for 2018. Top 3 in most and at the top in 2Bs and 3Bs.

I've been really impressed with him this year.

Remember a few months ago when we all argued and made cases for who should be sent down when Andrus returned, Profar or Odor? I was arguing to send down Odor. I'm glad they both stayed up. The youngsters are getting some good playing time and showing constant improvement.

Gohara is too valuable for our pieces. I would be shocked if we landed him unless the deal involved Kela, Diekman and Beltre all going to Atlanta.

Never pass up an opportunity to see Bartolo pitch. He is a national treasure. This should go DOUBLE for watching Bartolo hit.

You can bring your own food and drinks into this ballpark. Apparently people just pick up some chick fil a or Taco Bell before the game and just bring it with them to the seats. Cool.

Speaking of the new stadium, if you're a current season ticket holder (mostly full and especially half season) and you haven't had a conversation with your ticket rep about the prioritization for the re-seating process of the new stadium, give them a call today. If you can't get in touch with them, send me a message and I'll be happy to discuss it with you.

If you have a mini plan and you're interested in getting more priority for the new stadium, you should call your rep ASAP. The new stadium is going to have less seating overall so inventory, especially in the lower bowl, will be at a premium and the best way to get access to it is to upgrade your current plan.

Yes, except instead of picking seats online, we will invite you out to the ballpark. We will have a sales center that will have the new seat map, and we'll have a pre-selected location for you based on your current location, type of plan, and tenure.
