I feel like this has turned into a humble brag thread where I found a ticket or made thousands selling them.

There's some pretty reasonable ticket prices now....100 level for under $900 with fees

I know they have come down in the last 6-12 hours, but don't prices have to start plummeting here in the next hour or so?

These people aren't really going to eat these tickets, are they?

Section 128, row 8 on stubhub for under $800. If you wait you can get great seats. I'm sure some people paid that for SRO, definitely paid that for the worst seats in the 400's.

I'm sure some people will go unless they sell them. But yes, for the most part they'll keep dropping.

Just saw Sec 107 Row 4 just go for $499/ea. Good deal, but still too rich for my blood.

You would think people want to at least make their money back, but the cheapest seat is 900 now.

Got a single - section 116 row 22 (between home plate and visitor dugout) for $690 plus fees on Stub Hub about 2 hours before the game for last night. Incredible experience and glad I waited it out a little!

Always wait before the games start to buy tickets. The people that buy tickets days/weeks in advance always lose their ass compared to those who hold out.

Yes, most of the time but doesn't apply to all events especially with not much quantities. It's a crapshoot honestly.

Ask people who waited for tickets for Tennessee tickets last year how they came out.

I think I may do the same, just tough to drive to Houston (from Austin) without tickets lined up.

How'd y'all come out waiting it out? 1100+ per Ticket for the worst pair of seats in the house right now.

We stood on the corner with the guy selling those for about 20 minutes. I think (including us), he had 4-5 people come up and ask him if he was selling, then chuckle and turn away when he said how much. Didn't seem to bother him a bit either. I asked him what he was going to do if he didn't sell them and didn't really get a straight answer.

This is why the world series atmosphere will suck compared to the ALCS or ALDS. Majority of people who can afford it are corporate hacks
I went to all home Playoff games before the WS. I went to Game 3 of the WS on Friday and let someone else use my ticket Sat and Sun.

I don't really regret it other than missing such a great game last night. I sat all over the park during the playoffs, we had field level 1st base side, club section both 1st and 3rd base side. The ALCS was a crazier environment than the WS game I went to friday and I sat in the lower field level on the last row, so I could see the entire section.

They stood a lot less during big pitches or at bats. The yelling was not as loud.

Don't get me wrong. It was a crazy atmosphere and worth attending as a bucket list item, but I got the feeling that many of the people there were bandwagon type fans that just went because they could afford it and it was a once in a lifetime type opportunity.

The park was definitely more packed than I have ever experienced in my life. Taking 20 mins go walk just a few sections. It reminded me of being at Kyle Field for the first home game we played Bama.
