Can rangers fans even name any players before 2010 besides Nolan Ryan?

Such a dumbass question. I grew up three miles from old Arlington stadium and played in the Jim Sundberg all star game.
And again, the same would hold true for Astros fans outside Houston if that's your belief so what the hell is your point?Snoop Lion said:
OBVIOUSLY WE ARE NOT CALLING DFW PEOPLE BANDWAGONERs!!!!!! It's the people in other cities that didn't follow the rangers until 2010

Everyone is salty.
Cant wait for the first series
I still like our idea of AccidentProne hooking this thread up with a suite so we can all watch an Astros Rangers game. We can wear the "Hello, my name is (Texags username)" stickers.
Everybody can continue to post all of these ******y comments during the game and we will see what happens in the suite.
I wouldn't really expect there to be a bunch of hardcore Rangers fans in Austin and San Antonio. My expectation would be that whichever team is winning at the time would see a lot of people hopping on the bandwagon. It's pretty dumb to base your thoughts on Rangers fans on people in Austin. It's 3 hours away from the Rangers and only 2 hours away from the Astros. Honestly, the Astros should be dominating that market rather than being overran with bandwagon Rangers fans as you claim.Snoop Lion said:
Yeah me either. I have a 512 area code

I realize that Astros fans will say that this just shows how big the bandwagon is and these are not "true fans", but here is a map from the New York Times comparing the fan bases. Go ahead and say it, fake news.

Oh, so a game was played by the Astros at home and the "true fans" didn't even bother to show up at all. Interesting showing from such a renowned baseball town.CorpsAg11 said:It's a Wed night in April. Did you see the crowd earlier in the game?TV Casualty said:
