Yeah but if someone told you Springer would hit 5 home runs, bat .379/.412/1.000, 7 RBI, 8 runs scored then you wouldn't be surprised at all we are celebrating.

Springer's world series performance was historic.

This. I was just telling someone last night that I think that Marwin's game-tying HR against Jansen was the biggest play of the WS. It not only tied the game, but gave the Astros the confidence that they could hit the "best bullpen in baseball".

Ok memorabilia folks...what's the best way to obtain autographs? Go early to a game and get them during bp?

Bought a blank WS ball for me and each of my kids. Would like to get some signatures on them at some point.

Yep. With all that happened in this WAS, that is probably the play that turned the series for both clubs.

I ordered about $250 worth of stuff for me and my kids right after ALCS game 7 ended. Delivery is supposed to be tomorrow....2 weeks later.....

Fortunately we got some gear at the stadium when we went to game 3.

WS stuff from them won't ship until the end of next week most likely. If you want "special event" stuff quickly, they are the last place to turn to.

It was the same way after the ALCS.

I ordered a regular game day hat, WS hat and the signed replica SI cover through them. Regular game day hat shipped yesterday. Don't expect to see the other items for quite a while.

He actually was already fluent or near fluent when he was drafted. He was the kid who started learning English waaaaay early because he knew he would be a MLB player.

Alright guys, i've thought about it and this is what I'm going to do
I know I was an insufferable jerkwad a lot of times during the post season
So
Next season, when I am in attendance to any of our games, any of you also in attendance will get a beer on me. I will post and let you know well before hand if I will be at a game
