I think it's their only move if he can go. If they can extend the series he would then be available in some capacity at end of series it's the like SF and Baumgarner

Wood was fantastic at time during the season, but he hasn't been the same since the shoulder issues popped up and he will be pitching on 10 days rest.

I still think Roberts goes with Wood tomorrow over panicking with Kershaw.

terrible game for me to watch.

I am extremely superstitious and I quickly judged after 2 innings that I had to turn the channel when the Astros were batting and had to switch back when we were pitching. Usually it has been the opposite, which is less stressful because at least the score can't get worse when you're batting.

I find it interesting the Astros are basically going with tandem starters in the World Series. It's an interesting idea they tried in the minors a couple of years ago. It seems like they finally found the right place to use it.

I'd love to see a thread with nothing but negative Peacock posts from the past few years. We are all guilty, there is no way if you told me in March he'd have a 3 inning save for us in the World Series I would have believed you.
