Off speed filth. It's like their whole staff has found a pitch they didn't have all year long. It's one thing for hitters to getbcold and tight. It's anothwr for an entire staff to find a new pitch all at once. And this late.

I'm sorry folks, this has little to do with the Yankees starting pitching. I've seen far too many foul balls or looking at pitches right in the hot spot. Our approach is off. Don't know what it is going to take for the bats to wake up.

Dirty pitching or a dirty at bat? If the pitching, there was nothing about that that was dirty. Hanging curveball right over the middle...take. Fastball misses spot right down the middle...foul tip. Breaking ball that started as a ball and ended in the dirt and a foot outside...swing and miss (trying to pull it at that).

Tanaka is hammering the outside corner and when you are pressing that is the hardest ball to hit.

Tanaka laid up plenty of hit-able pitches that inning. A couple of which should have been totally crushed. This team has a bad case of deer in the headlights.

This 100%. I absolutely don't believe watching this game that it is more Yankees pitching than it is the Astro's approach. When the Aggies face piss poor pitchers (previous to an outing with us) the same guys say it was all on the opposing team pitching and not us sucking it up batting.
