Off speed filth. It's like their whole staff has found a pitch they didn't have all year long. It's one thing for hitters to getbcold and tight. It's anothwr for an entire staff to find a new pitch all at once. And this late.

I'm sorry folks, this has little to do with the Yankees starting pitching. I've seen far too many foul balls or looking at pitches right in the hot spot. Our approach is off. Don't know what it is going to take for the bats to wake up.

Breaking ball that started as a ball and ended in the dirt and a foot outside...swing and miss (trying to pull it at that).
So sabermetrics tells you to follow the numbers? In what world do the numbers tell you to leave in a guy who is 0-16?

Tanaka is hammering the outside corner and when you are pressing that is the hardest ball to hit.
Reddick should not be batting 2nd. He looks pathetic out there.

This 100%. I absolutely don't believe watching this game that it is more Yankees pitching than it is the Astro's approach. The moment is simply too big for this team. TOO BIG for the players and too big for their manager. Maybe they can recover at Minute Maid but I seriously doubt it.
