What is the point of all of this doom and gloom nonsense? Why the rush to be the first to give up and complain about how hard it is to be you rooting for this team which just happens to currently be leading an ALCS series? It does nothing positive and reeks of attention seeking behavior.

What it does do is ruin threads and further aggravate those of us who aren't looking for the first reason to throw a hissy for so you can make it all about yourself.

If you truly believe the series is over then turn the tv off, close the game thread and do something productive. If not, keep your whining to yourself and enjoy some October baseball.
