This would be the first time the Indians have lost back to back games since Aug. 22-23. I remember watching one of those games against Boston and pulling for Cleveland because at the time the Red Sox were more of a threat to the Astros for best AL record.

I'll bet Cleveland will still win game 5, but those collars might be getting just a little tight by now.

Just watched a few of the highlights on the watchespn app. They had Berman's call from the radio synched up with FS1 and it was pure greatness listening to him so excited during the inside the park homerun to hearing him dejected when the Astros finished them off.

Cleveland has to burn Kluber on Wednesday. That means they'd either pitch him on 3 days rest in game 2, or we wouldn't see him until game 5. Either way, good break for us.

Seems alright to me. Blown out of proportion a bit.

He said he was told he could pitch if it was a delay situation. Then they talked to him and he said he was good to go. Then he seemed surprised when he was told to go to the pen in a nondelay situation.

I didn't get the sense he just flat out didn't know he was gonna pitch.


If this is real and/or accurate... wow.
