Pedroia should argue that one for him
He got through one, which was pretty easy to see coming. Now he has to cool down and go sit and then come back out and face 3-4-5 and that's where we'll get him.bobinator said:
I'm sure adrenaline will carry him through 15-20 pitches, we need to be patient for a few batters until fatigue starts to set in.
I'd get him out after this inning. Don't want their top of order batters seeing him for a 3rd time.Ag_07 said:
And it looks like Morton's slider and hammer are working for him now.
At 70 pitches, if he settles in he could go another 1-2 innings.
I think they're leaving him in for the bottom of the 4th because it's the bottom of the order. Not sure they'll let him see a third time through with the way the 1-6 guys have been hitting him. We'll see...Ag_07 said:

Exactly this. The feeling in my stomach says we're losing, but I keep looking at the scoreboard and we are up by 1.Ag_07 said:
I like we're at. The Red Sox are only down 1 but they're in a pretty bad spot right now.
