How bad is the 2nd WC team? The Twins had a 1.5 game lead a week ago. It's now 5.5. They are 5-5 in their last 10 while everyone behind them went 3-7, 4-6, 4-6, 4-6 and 2-8. And they all lost like 5-6 straight at one point.

As have Seattle. The Rangers on the other hand have had a steady diet of Oakland.

No we don't. The odds of us losing the 2 seed is slim. Even if we do then it's not the end of the world. It's mattered going from 1 to 2 because it changed the opponent.
