I guess I can kind of understand the warning. 2 teams that don't like each other, 5 hit batters the previous night (albeit nothing that looked intentional), and the previous pitch came right at Martin's feet.

I think it has to be first and second or based loaded for inf fly rule.
The warning gives both teams the license to stand right on top of the plate without fear.
