Seems to just mentally slip sometimes and then couple that with that fielding error and you get a really bad inning.

I'm not apart of the "sky is falling" group. But there have been multiple times these last few days where it looks like the team is just giving up on this season waiting for something to go their way. But that could just be the Houston sports fan in me assuming nothing ever good will last.

On the standings, I've been watching for a few days now. There is still a lot of baseball left. Watching this last week I'd stay say playoffs are still probable but unless they figure something out quick I could see them losing the AL lead.
It definitely looks like a team waiting on a good break, but maybe someone will cause one soon

If my Houston/Aggie fandom has taught me anything in 37 years it's that you should always enjoy the good times but be leary of impending disappointment.
This team is just pressing so hard. Trying and trying and trying to be the hero on every swing/throw/catch. None of these guys are ever relaxed during the game.
