I give you full credit.

But my coworker this morning doubted me when I told him the Astros mash Felix. I told him Springer would go yard in his first AB. It was so awesome seeing it live.

That was a great experience. My first opening day ever. Extra trashy trailer park from Torchys, saint Arnold's, Bagwell and Big, flyover, huge American flag, they had it all.

It's gonna be a fun year.

I always try to get out to opening day each year. Was sad I had other commitments that kept me from it. Couldn't watch the game till 9, but better believe I recorded it and watched every pitch.

Wow. What a whirl wind yesterday. Managed to luck out and hit the lottery for the Masters... went to the practice round but that line of storms slowed everything down and I didn't get to see a single pitch of the game live. Here's some random scatter shooting while I re-watch it at work.

1. Just 2 innings in and Keuchel is getting that weak contact that we know and love. I love it.
2. That Rangers flag has made my day.
3. Don't forget to switch to the mobile version to check this thread at work.
4. If you had to put $ on who might hit 40 dingers this year... Who would you take between Springer and Correa.

He looked better than ever minus the walks, but the walks came because he was keeping the ball down and a couple players didn't bite on his pitches out of the zone.

I would have bet on Springer over a month ago, but after watching the WBC and seeing this I am thinking Correa is the guy.

Watching Bregman go 1st to 3rd on Altuve's hit due to him knowing Dyson had a noodle arm was a thing of beauty to see such a young player do. He plays well beyond his years maturety wise. Kind of reminds me of Biggio.
