Anyways looks like this team is rounding into form. Guys who haven't looked sharp lately look like they've got it together.

The catching defense really worries me for the playoffs. Too many times we either can't throw a runner out or there a pass ball that lets that runner get to 2nd. In a tight playoff game that could be huge and I think teams will take advantage of it.

I look at it this way...if we can get all our studs playing the way they were in the first half hopefully the incredible road record will come back too and home field won't be as critical. Obviously we'd love to have it but no team was better on the road than we were in the first half.
