Altuve has Ramirez beat in the counting stats and advanced ones too. I am just worried we have too many dumb dumbs wanting to vote for Judge or Cruz because they hit home runs and drive guys in.

Dumb guys will vote for Judge for the story. And he's a Yankee. And that still counts for something. But his second half has been bad and EsPn has documented it. Pitchers figured him out. The Cleveland story here at the end will get Ramirez votes he doesn't deserve. Votes that would have gone to Tuve.

Unsure if I'm correct on this, but it seems like Giolito throws a "heavy fastball". Even though it sits low 90's he is breaking a lot of bats

Heck, I don't remember. I lived in rural Colorado for more than a decade and basically watched no professional baseball live until I got back to Houston a few years ago.

Edit: Watched plenty of Astros games before then, but I was too young to appreciate much outside of the home roster.

Yep. I thought of Tony Pena, too. Piaza wasn't too bad, either. Nor was Pudge (before we got him). Today, for me, it's got to be Molina.
