Panic about what? That we might lose games months from now? These games don't matter, Astros need to get healthy and hit more consistently if you want earlier times in the year to come back.

Saying the season is "over" because of a 20 game stretch is absurd. Now if they play .400 ball all the way into October that is a different story. But you can't throw the season away after what has gone on the last 3 weeks. I disagree. These games do matter. Red Sox are only 8.5 back from us. We need to start putting some wins together soon and get hot in September. We can't just all of a sudden turn on a switch and be unstoppable again.JJxvi said:

The Astros have also gone 4-8 over 12 games earlier this year, back before whatever "collapse" people think has happened. It's baseball.
Stroman at 115 pitches, you'd think there would be some meat crossing the plate soon.
Over .500 is winning more games than losing if I remember right. And usually that puts you in the playoffs. With the start these guys had, the least of their worries is the record right now. It's called the "Dog Day's of Summer" for a reason. They are just trying to get healthy and then gain momentum into the playoffs.aggie0109 said:

This seems a little bit like the 2015 season when we started off hot then played .500 ball for pretty much the rest of the season. Good thing there is still 2 months to get back on track before the playoffs.
