Does anybody park and take the train?
Yes. When I take the train, I usually park in my garage in the Med Center and take it from there. The ride is pretty quick, cheaper and easier than parking, and the walk isn't too bad.YellAg2004 said:

No way, I parked for 6 bucks near there via Parking Panda last week. Being a night game it should be easier.gigemJTH12 said:
house of blues for 17 bucks seems like a steal..
not a bad walk and getting out of there would be much easier

I got lucky and found street parking last week. Paid at the machine, took a picture of the zone, and when my paper ticket expired (3 hours max) I added an hour from my phone (via license plate and zone). No idea if it's legal but I didn't get a ticket and it was a grand total of $5.50 (I think). And I was right next to a lot that was charging $50.Frok said:No way, I parked for 6 bucks near there via Parking Panda last week. Being a night game it should be easier.gigemJTH12 said:

I hope the Yankees are listening to that "rat poison" as Saban likes to call it. The more they talk about the Yankees, the more pressure their players will feel. And of course we've seen how their big man Judge performs under pressure. Striking out like 80% of his ABs....tjholley17 said:

it'll be the same if we make the World Series too... cuz we'll be facing the Dodgers or Cubs.gougler08 said:Just get used to it...makes it easiertjholley17 said:

The Yankees are always going to get more than their fair share of love. it kinda comes with winning 40 AL Pennants and 27 WS titles. It does not mean that this Astros team is being ignored. All season it has been getting a quite a bit of recognition.tjholley17 said:jkag89 said:Really? The 'Stros were getting a ton of love on Mike & Mike this morning.tjholley17 said:

Last night on MLB network they spent 12 minutes talking about how great the Yankees lineup is. Then they showed 2 mins of a Keuchel interview about facing the Yankees.
That was the ALCS segment

The Yankees will have to beat either DK or JV at least once at Minute Maid to win the series. Even if they beat one of them once, that is one game and they'd need to take all 3 games at Yankee Stadium.spadilly said:

Coin flip series pretty much
I agree with the general overall sentiment, I said that there's a certain calm about knowing the opponent is going to have to beat DK or JV.Schrute said:The Yankees will have to beat either DK or JV at least once at Minute Maid to win the series. How do you figure? Neither JV or DK would be pitching Game 7.Schrute said:The Yankees will have to beat either DK or JV at least once at Minute Maid to win the series. Even if they beat one of them once, that is one game and they'd need to take all 3 games at Yankee Stadium.spadilly said:

Ugh....my math was off. I guess DK will be going in Game 5 if we get there, then JV would go Game 6 back at MMP. Bottom line, out of the 4 potential starts (3 of them at MMP) between DK and JV, the Yanks will need to make 2 of them wins.Drew_Hill said:How do you figure?
