Mookie Betts lead off with a triple strictly due to Gomez. He absolutely did not read well the ball that hit the left center wall. He stopped and had to run to go get the ball. Then he should have called off Correa and Altuve, since he is he one charging forward on a pop fly. Instead he stopped and the ball landed in between all three of them, 1 foot from Gomez.....

How does roping a 4 seam meatball off the left wall end up being Gomez's fault? He was going for 3 regardless of how it was played and I'd argue Valbuena should have had him at 3B. That throw was way ahead of him.

Gomez nailed the guy with the throw at third but valbuena player it like a 6 year old seeing his first short hop. The ball in center fell into no mans land
