Not sure the stats, but we swing at a lot of 2-0 and 3-1 pitchers, and it doesn't seem like we get good results.

Honestly that pitch should have been a strike initially. But if you're not gonna call that, how in the hell is Mazara supposed to know that it's a strike the NEXT time? Ugh.

For a ball? I don't care if the zone is generous or not. At least be consistent with it.

I know people don't want to overpay for Lucroy, but does anyone really want to watch our 2 catchers hack away the rest of the season?

To be fair you have to hit the ball to be able to sequence hits. It's not like we're hitting gappers every inning and stranding guys at 3B.

Having watched Gallo the last two nights, I dont think he is ready.

Still only hitting .250 and just doesnt show 1st base defense yet (he missed a routine popup in foul territory yesterday)

I dont blame them for leaving him down.

I do however, loathe Prince and wish he'd never play for Texas again...especially after his Instagram photo

.250 with his power is pretty damn good. His OPS is off the charts. Not to mention the guys we're saying he should replace are hitting .230 and .214 with a combined 19 home runs in 167 GS. Gallo has 16 dingers in 61 GS in AAA.
