I like them just fine and enjoyed the discussion/insight into the use of substances by pitchers. Baseball is a talkin sport, and they were talkin baseball. Anyone who would prefer to hear cookie talk over that discussion needs their head examined.

There is hardly a tv announcer that hasn't been crucified by the mob that is TexAgs.

They're not brilliant, but I like them.

If anyone wanted to hear bickering, they should have watched the Baseball Tonight crew today after the Royals-Cardinals game. They had 2 or 3 separate arguments going they kept going back to the entire show no matter which highlights were on the screen.

Call me old school, but I would like to see baseball broadcasts go back to one man booths. I was watching the Dodgers on MLB Network a couple of nights ago and it was just so refreshing to hear Vin Scully call the game without having to go on long, unrelated tangents or try to do an in-game comedy routine.
