Qualls isn't on the ALDS roster.

But if we make the ALCS, I think Fields and Sipp played bad enough that Qualls might be added on.

At worst it would be qualls over fields. no way he takes a lefty out of the pen

I don't think Sipp has been all that bad.

Really it's just 2 games that the BP hasn't done their job including one game that involved a error that kept the inning going. Besides games 2 and 4 this BP has been pretty good during our recent stretch.

And you've got to remember that's exactly what this Royals team does. They don't strike out, have good ABs, and go station to station with base hits. They won't overpower you but they'll work you and string together hits and score runs. In both games we've lost we've seen their approach work to perfection. Can't let that happen again.

I think the key is beating this team is knock those starters around and jump out early and play great, smart defense. And please for God's sake stop walking them. Don't let them use that nasty BP against you and don't let the hits mount up to big innings. That's exactly what happened in GMs 2 and 4.

***And just as an aside is it typical for the Club Level at MMP to sell booze all game? Both SUN and MON bars were serving beer the entire game. No lines and booze until the last out!! I assumed it was just a playoff thing.

Well let's see...This makes sense in my head.

• He sucks big old donkey deek at throwing guys out at 2nd.
• The mound is halfway between home and 2nd. Which means it's only half as difficult.
• That means he's twice as good at pitching as he is at throwing to second.
• With that logic, I think it's safe to say he's still horrible at pitching.

I've think they've changed how they are going to do ticket sales. Early this morning, when you clicked on the "Buy Tickets" link, it took you to ticketmaster that said: 2016 Season Ticket Holders can purchase tickets starting 10/14 @ 9am, and that they would open sales to everyone else at 9pm. Then, this afternoon, they've changed it to say "On sale date and time are in the works - please check back!". So who knows what they are up to now.

Got a voicemail but didn't call back. Maybe that's their ploy, in which case I will definitely never buy season tickets.

They know they will have no issue selling out for a ALCS. If they just make everyone think they missed out on the presale then tell them to buy season tix next year to guarantee tickets next year, they aren't losing out anything because they will still sell all their available tickets when they go on sale to the public.

I got called about season tickets a few days after i registered, about a month ago. The guy i talked to said to let him know the next time i was at the stadium so we could meet, talk about tickets, and he would give me a vip tour of the stadium.

I emailed him before going to a game 2 weeks ago, never heard from him. Kinda mad about that.

I don't recall any specification of exactly how many people would be selected for the presale of each series. They could have reduced it from 3000 to 100 for all we know.
