Last I heard, that was on the back back burner. They'd have to buy an existing team and move it there and I don't know too many places that'd give up a AAA team if they didn't have to.

I thought (and I think the article mentioned it) I heard they're waiting for the existing PDC with the Rangers and the Express to end.

(You have to do a manual upgrade but since there are about 12 people in the park it's pretty easy)
