What we're seeing is nothing new. There were some streaks during the season and we saw it two games vs the dodgers. This is just on a whole new level with a short time to turn it around. The younger guys are pushing. Hopefully the veterans in the lineup tonight can provide some stabilty and relax the others.

Well, we have the 3 starting pitchers going to do it. I wonder how many times we won 3 straight this year with the Lester, Arrieta, hendricks, pitching back to back to back. Hopefully Ross in the lineup tonight provides a veteran presence that helps.

What a game last night and a hell of a performance by Chapman. Wrigleyville after the game was like a scene after winning a World Series. God only knows how nuts it will be if we win in seven.

Everybody was freaking out when Chapman was due up 4th in the bottom of the 8th without anybody up in the bullpen. We were speculating Strop was hiding and secretly throwing somewhere just to get Tito to walk Baez and then let Maddon drop a PH Schwarber dong on them. But Maddon outsmarts the world once again anyway

With Schwarber at dh I dont see why you don't give the pitchers thier choice at catcher. Contreras' bat has not been that useful and I belive Ross is the better defensive catcher when it comes to prevneting passed balls.

Maybe. Lester may pitch tonight or tomorrow and with the way Contreras is struggling at the plate we may see two more Rossy starts.

Yeah I just don't see the big benefit right now with Contreras. Ross defense is better and Ross has come up with some big at bats lately.

So far this is a dream scenario. 7 early runs and Jake is on cruise control. We need to keep the foot on the gas and not give them any hope. The pressure of game 7 would be HUGE on the Indians.
