I agree. That game would have been tough. As great as Lester been, the cubs bats were struggling.

What is the better matchup for Cubs? Dodgers or Nationals

I think the Dodgers would probably be a better match-up pitching wise but I'm honestly not sure it even matters at this point. I don't want to sound too cocky, but with the way we won that Giants series I can't imagine either team beating us 4 times in the NLCS.

I agree but I would like a less stressful event if possible. Game 4 almost did me in.

it was so bad that I felt like I was cursed if I watch the game. Everytime I had it on, the Giants scored, if I changed it, they didn't score.

cubs were 5-2 vs nationals. No Ws by Lester or Arriata. Sweep at home (4-0) and 1-2 on road.

May at home and June on road

Dodgers 4-3

3-1 at home and 1-2 on road.
May at home and Aug on road.

Sunday night at Wrigley for a guy who threw a lot of warmup pitches and seven pitches in a clincher sounds like a terrible idea. Really surprised they are not going with him in games 3 and 7.
