I've got one of the "mini" bats, quite a few of the Ranger pennant flags, several baseballs, my blue Rangers batting helmet and red rain coat. All items from the give-a-way nights at Arlington Stadium and all treasured memories!

This must feel what it would be like for the Aggies to go play in the MNC.

It ended up being a good trade...but man he was my Elvis Andrus way back in 98

I used to be an ER doc at Arlington Memorial Hospital in the 80's and early 90's. There were no medical facilities in the old Rangers Stadium, so injured players were brought to the ER for evaluation and Xrays. Will Clark was hit on the elbow by a pitch one night, and was brought to the ER for Xrays. He was drinking a beer when he came in, and had an enormous ice pack on his elbow. As I unwrapped the bandage, a small baggie of ice and 3 more beers that he has smuggled out of the club house fell out. He grabbed another beer and offered one to me. Very friendly and very funny guy.

I think we should keep this one alive, kinda like the Cubs fans thread.
