Hey I'm a Rangers fan... I just think its hilariously funny that they've sucked so bad for so long. I think they've only won one playoff game in their storied history in Arlington.

I find it even more funny that all of the 'roid users eventually find their way to New York.... Gee, wonder if he gives a sad face and says sorry like Giambi did if Yankee fans and media will give him a free pass.......

How good of a hitting coach would Rudy Jaramillo be if he didn't have all these roided up players? He's already suspect as is.

Pettite admitted to it and everyone* had moved on.

It's these players that think its a good idea to deny it despite the evidence that make the whole thing ugly.

Just heard on ESPN that more players' names will be released within the week.

It also seems like they all use Boras as an agent. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Boras introduced these guys to their dealers.

The best thing MLB and the players could do is just announce the remaining 103 names and get it over with. This story will continue to be a story until all or most of the 103 are disclosed.

Even if you are on roids, you still have to have a good swing to be a good hitter.

I've never understood the hate for Rudy. The vast majority of hitters that get instruction from him improve greatly.

They all have big power numbers, but he's not nearly as good when you're just looking to teach guys to make contact and move runners. The Rangers as a whole strike out WAY too much under Rudy, though that has improved in the past couple of years.

Jaramillo swing for the fences mentality + ballpark effects + steroids = a reputation as a great hitting coach.

There's a reason that Rangers couldn't hit for average outside of Rangers Ballpark over the last decade.

The Rangers had the best BA and 3rd best OBP. So either he has more talent suited to making good contact lately, or he can teach hitters to hit according to the direction of the front office wants. Neither of those diminish him being one of, if not, the best hitting coaches.

Again, I don't understand the dislike of Rudy. Other hitting coaches with roided up players failed. You still have to teach technique and Rudy does that.

Different set of players and a different set of instructions from the front office.

Again, he still has to teach technique and if he couldn't teach that, we wouldn't have put up numbers we did last year or any year before.
