I think 21% of the cap is kind of wild for him. That also sorta kills the possibility that Houston does something crazy in free agency next summer like Philly did. Guess going the safe route. Only way to do something weird is to drop FVV on his team option.

They must love him, because it seems like they are bidding against themselves. Brooklyn is the only other team with real cap space but Green isn't a top FA, more than likely.
