The role players just couldn't handle the pressure, just outclassed. Celtics role players are guys loke6 Jrue and White, while the Mavs have DJJ and PJ. I love DJJ and PJ, but it's just a different level.

Kyrie was absolutely dog*****
Boston missed so many open shots and felt comfortably in control the whole time.

Got some tough sledding ahead.

If we shoot 30% from 3 and 75% from the line, Mavs win that game. I know Luka wasn't great from the line but holy shizz, the team has gotta help him out and hit some shots.

If that play happens 50 times, where PJ is passed the ball in front of one defender behid and with the edge ahead of the defender coming from the side (and height advantage on both), that foul is called almost every time right?

It feels like Dallas is struggling to get good shots (and has to rely on making tough shots) while Boston is getting easy looks (with Dallas having to rely on them missing those shots). Even if Dallas had found a way to win tonight, this would still look like a long shot. But we'll see what kind of adjustments can be made. A KP injury would be huge.

Mavs role players will show up at home. Nobody on our team has looked comfortable in Boston like they did in LA, OKC, and Minnesota.

I think we have a decent chance to win both at home and get back up here 2-2.

I think you will find this is just you viewing the game through a negative lense when those stats come out.

Agree with all of the above

SO just ignoring all of the things we could have done to win the game, im gonna focus on this "blocked" dunk again.
One ref has a perfect view of Brown shoving Brown in the small of the back as he is about to go up for the dunk.
You see PJ not go up like he would normally, and doesnt even make it to the rim.

KP injury would be huge. I said earlier I refuse to believe he can be healthy for an entire series

Boston missed open shots but they also hit shots like a buzzer beater from 35 ft that banked in and an end of shot clock prayer 3. I saw lots of shots fall for them in the second half where you just had to roll your eyes

Need Luka to rest up, Kyrie to not play like ass, get our role players more involved, and a friendlier whistle. I think all of these are likely to happen in Dallas and if we can get to 2-2 then we still got a shot

Kyrie just missing shots he normally makes, turnovers he doesnt usually commit. he has to at least be on his A game, if not A+, against a team like Boston in the finals.
