Being able to play Exum More minutes like he was Down the stretch of the regular season. And even Hardy in the playoffs , makes us so much more dynamic on offense. Because it's a third ball handler

I haven't seen a defense like this since surgical masks were deployed to stop a respiratory virus. Boston needs something stronger if they want the sweep.

Lively struggled a bit in the first two games.
Him getting a little better in each of the next few off seasons is going to be huge moving forward.

We do have a lot of guys getting their first ever playoff experience, not just first finals


It was all season too though. I feel like part of it is j kidd is so quick to abandon a guy if they go cold, instead of coach them through it and forcing them to nut up

A lot of it has to do with the stakes being lowered. Down 0-3 there's really no anxiety/pressure because it's a foregone conclusion in everyone's mind that you'll lose. Nobody expects anything and so guys can just go play.

If they somehow, someway win game 5 in Boston the pressure starts to build again for game 6.

Its crazy that he hasnt learned to only play him for heat checks yet. hes the player you run out to see if he is hot from 3, and then you have to sub him before he undoes it all with the rest of his play.

Exum has been excellent in two straight games now, I think he's cemented his role the rest of the series.

THJ comes in for FT shooting or end of game "need 5 shooters on the floor" moments, nothing else.

Boston is going to be solid favorites in Game 5, but the Mavs will fight to the end. No team has come back from 3 to 0, but teams have come back down 3 to 1. Gonna need a huge game from Luka. Will also need a continuation of this level of play from Lively.
