Murray, Porter and picks. Yes please.

Murray, Porter and picks would be a big haul but I don't think Denver would do that..

Why would the Nuggets nuke their team like? Jamal AND Porter AND picks? For a 2 yr rental?

Would be a great haul for houston tho.

If the nuggets were willing to do Porter, Murray and even a single pick it would have been done yesterday. Houston jumps on that deal IMO.

I don't think that was Denver's initial offer. Rockets worked them up to that if it's true.

That also does not nuke Denver's roster. Murray and Harden are redundant (Harden being better) and Porter is still a rotation player right now. They would have Harden, Jokic, Harris and Barton.

Murray is 23. Porter is 22.

I don't see how removing those guys for 2 years of Harden improves the team. Let alone the complete obliteration of their future. I could see Murray and picks or Porter and picks, but both is just an insane price.

Side note, if anyone here would be interested in this kinda thing, my buds and I are looking for 1-2 more people for our dynasty basketball league via the Sleeper app.

DraftKings-style point values. Each player gets to start one game per week, and it lets you repick the game for that player if they're declared out right before the game starts.

Payout hasn't been determined yet.

Got in touch with my cousin's fiance, who works for the Nuggets. He laughed hard at Porter+Murray+Picks for Harden. No chance there. Nuggets really likes the team chemistry and how the players are developing together. They would probably be interested in a guy like PJ Tucker.

Murray put up 27/7/5 in the playoffs on 51/45/90 shooting this year.

As a starter in the bubble, Porter put up 22/9 on 55/42/93 shooting.

Yeah porter had some really nice games in the bubble. If he can just pick it up on the defensive end he will turn into a really really nice player.

Sounds more and more like the 76ers deal will get done. Having Wall and Simmons on the court at the same time is going to be ugly. I see a lot of bodies clogging the paint in our future....

It sounds like that is the case. Maxey doesn't really do anything extra for me either. Just a dart throw. I hope we plan on flipping Simmons later.

But if James truly cares about "contending" as much as he says, it will be tough to get him to want him to stay.

I see the Rockets this season "as currently constructed" as a best case 6th seed. The West is absolutely stacked this year.. again.

Lakers, Clippers, Jazz, Mavericks, Nuggets, Blazers, Warriors... plus the Suns should be a lot better too.

I kind of feel like we got better too. Swapping out Roco and westbrook, for a healthy john wall, cousins and wood could be a waaaay better team. More size and shooting always helps. Plus, I think we have a better coach now. Pringles was just too hands off.

I think the only names I've heard that I'm interested in for James is Siakam or Murray, but I don't think the raptors or nuggets will bite. I think its Harden or bust at this point. Might as well sip a bit of kool aid and enjoy the initial ride.

If James is going to be on the court, he's going to ball out. I'm not worried about him. We need to see where JW truly is post-injury and hope the new guys like Wood play well.

I read that it's because they hired the GM, HC, and made some player acquisitions without consulting him...but if he goes to Brooklyn they will consult with both KD and Harden?

Then I read it's because Tillman has made donations to Trump...but Tillman also donated to Biden.

What's the truth? It can always get worse for Harden.

Like many on this board have stated, I don't think it's politics. James probably doesn't even vote, all he cares about is basketball. I think he lived a privileged life under the previous regime, and Tillman wants people to respect his authoritah. I think he is also struggling with the fact that he can't win a title as a sole focal point. That being said, he is acting like most people who begin to recognize that their own flaws are toxic....he is blaming others instead changing his own behaviors.

Morey follows this guy, he has been a good source in the past.

I think this would be a pretty solid return for James. Hate to see it happen but at least it would be good value we are getting back. Stone has been impressive so far, better than I expected.
