Right here. He still is. In fact, it's games like these that make people going just by the eye test think that he's valuable.

The reality is that by the metrics, Gordon is a very average player, sometimes even below average. I can pull the stats if you'd like.

You can't argue that he's trash when he just dropped a career high 50 and won us the game. Just take the L and let's move on.

Point to where in my post that I said he's "trash".

He's not "trash", but when you take his massive contract into account, he's hurting us more than helping.

You're not even taking into account the cost of losing him over the offseason for nothing. It was going to be hard to get an upgrade after the Westbrook trade. We should have extended him last year.

We didn't NEED to extend him. That's what makes no sense. We were bidding against no one. He would've been a very attractive trade piece as an expiring contract.

If eg can produce about half of his production last nite on a consistent basis he's worth it . This team desperately need a consistent 3rd option keep in mind he just came back from I key as well .

No info on the tribute but the game was moved due to TV scheduling. Still airing on ESPN.

71 points given up in the first half, this defense is hard to watch.

Harden sucks now. Either hurt or drunk all the time now. The league has obviously decided to call him different now as he has to get murdered for a foul to be called, but he can't adjust. If this keeps up, you have to seriously see what you can get for him in the trade market this offseason. Otherwise it will only get worse.

Can't be said enough. This team is dead. Even if by some miracle they wake up, you don't spend half a season playing literally 0 defense and then all the sudden play suitable defense in the playoffs. If you want an easy, high % shot agains the Rockets, just run to the spot on the floor you want and you can have. It'll be a miracle if half our team even gets across halfcourt in time to watch you high five your teammates.

There's bad defense. There's careless defense. Then there's us.

Harden shooting 35% from the field and 25% from 3 this month.

This has also been Westbrook's best month.

If Harden was playing like he usually does, we would be unstoppable on offense.

They weren't horrible when Jeff Bzdelik was there. Why did Morey fire him? Was it player requests, relationship with MD'A, health?

Iirc it was that he had "retired" right before the season only to come back part of the way through the season and Morey wanted to make sure they had time to fill a replacement so they fired him early in the off season so as not to be held hostage by him.
